Services
We provide SEO services, including link building, editorial placements, content and localisation, and SEO audits. The scope, price and timeline of each order are agreed in writing (email or chat) before work begins.
Orders and payment
Prices are quoted per order in EUR or USD. For a first order we may request full or partial payment upfront. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice. We accept bank transfer and PayPal; other methods may be agreed in writing.
Delivery
Editorial placements are published within 48 hours of receiving final content, unless otherwise agreed. We may decline or ask for changes to content that does not meet the publishing site's editorial standards.
Placement guarantee
Placements stay live permanently. We provide a written guarantee of 36 months from publication for editorial placements. If a placement is removed within the guarantee period, we will replace it with an equivalent placement or refund the affected item.
No ranking guarantees
Search engine rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Content restrictions
We do not accept content related to CBD, vaping, dating or adult services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own products, target pages and content comply with the laws applicable to them.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before work has started. Once content has been published, the order is non-refundable except under section 5.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
